The Vital LH1-1-2T Lever Hoist is a rugged manual lifting and pulling device designed for industrial, construction, workshop, and maintenance use. Finished in a high-visibility orange coat, it is built for durability, safety, and ease of use in demanding environments. At its core, it is a lever-action hoist, meaning that you attach the load with a chain, then use a manual lever to lift, lower, or tension loads through a ratchet and gear mechanism. This makes it well suited to locations where electric power may not be available, or where fine control and positioning are required. It uses alloy steel chain (often Grade 80 or similar) which is heat treated for strength and wear resistance. The body is made of high-strength steel (sometimes alloy steel or cast components) and usually coated/powder-coated for rust resistance. Hooks (top and bottom) are forged alloy steel, often heat treated, and fitted with safety latches to prevent chain slippage. Standard lift (vertical reach) will vary depending on model and chain length, but many 1.5 Ton hoists are supplied with 1.5 meters (or more) of lifting height by default (longer chain lengths available as per customer needs).
