With a hoisting capacity of 100 kg, Karam PN 408 automatic controlled descent device is ideal for evacuation and rescue purposes. This fall arrester is made from an aluminium alloy that makes it lightweight and compact and resistant to corrosion and improves its durability. This Karam automatic controlled descent device has high functional safety and comes with a rescue winch function that allows controlled descent. The descent speed is controlled at an average of 1.1 m/sec. This fall protection equipment comes with 10.5 mm kernmantle rope that allows descent up to 150 m. Both ends of this rope come with textile loops that can be easily connected with the hooks. The anchorage end of this device has a swivel function that prevents untangling of the rope during usage. This automatic controlled descent device is resistant to heat, cold, and damp.
